Orange powder, odorless. Easily soluble in water, glycerin and propylene glycol, slightly soluble in ethanol and oil. Strong moisture absorption, light resistance and heat resistance. It is stable in citric acid and tartaric acid. The aqueous solution is yellow, turns slightly red in the presence of alkali, and fades when reduced.
